Meta Will Start Counting More of Your Results on November 12
Hi H Client!
Meta Will Count More of Your Results Starting November 12
Meta is making a change on November 12, 2026 that's worth knowing about ahead of time, because it changes how your Facebook and Instagram results are counted and it will show up in your reporting.
Right now, some of the prospects who see your ads and then reach out to you are never counted by Meta. Browser privacy settings, especially on iPhones and in Safari, often stop that signal from making it back, so the contact happens and the report never sees it. Meta's new feature recovers part of that by matching the conversion on the person's own phone or computer, using information that they've already shared with you, like the email address on a form. Those details stay on the device, and Meta only learns that a conversion happened and which ad should get credit for it. It turns on automatically for existing Meta tracking, so nothing needs to change on your website.
What you'll likely notice is that your Meta results look stronger from mid-November on, with more conversions reported and a lower cost per result. Those are prospects that your campaigns were already bringing in, through the audiences, creative and landing pages that we build, test and refine for you, and until now part of that work hasn't been showing up in Meta's count. It also means a lift in late November should be read as a more complete count first, rather than a sudden change in who's reaching out. Meta's announcement talks mostly about online purchases, so we'll be watching how much of it carries over to the calls and form submissions that your business runs on.
On our side, we'll keep checking Meta's numbers against your call tracking and the form submissions arriving in your inbox, so any lift in reporting is measured against the prospects actually reaching out to you.
Voice Assist Answers the Calls Your Team Can't Get To
About 28% of calls go unanswered, according to CallRail, whether that's after hours, during a busy stretch or while your crew is out on a job, and most of those callers move on to the next company.
Voice Assist answers those calls as your virtual assistant and asks the questions that you choose, like whether they're a new or returning client, their service area, project type, budget and timeline. Your team then gets an email with the recording, the details it collected and a short summary, so you already know the project and the fit before you call back. It runs on your existing tracking numbers, so every call stays tied to the campaign that drove it, and it screens out solicitors and sales calls before they reach your team.
Voice Assist is $125 a month as an add-on to your CallRail setup, and our team handles the setup and any adjustments along the way. It's free to try through November 30 with no commitment, so if you'd like to join the trial, let your Project Manager know by November 3 and we'll set up the greeting and questions for you to review before it goes live.
If you have any questions about how this shows up in your reporting, your Project Manager is always happy to walk through it with you.
Until Next time,
