Ready for a Better Way?
Most outdoor businesses we talk to don’t have a clear system—or even a way to know what’s working. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Let’s change that. Fill out the form to book a call with a team that knows your world and is here to help you move forward—with clarity, confidence, and real results.
No Pitch
Start with a diagnosis.
We’ll show you where your revenue system is broken — the gap between your marketing activity and what it’s actually producing.
What Halstead Is
Not another marketing agency. A revenue system.
Most agencies manage channels. Halstead builds and operates the integrated marketing, sales, and data infrastructure that connects every part of how you grow — from first search to signed contract to revenue reporting.
Your pipeline becomes visible and manageable. Every lead tracked from source to close. HubSpot built for how landscaping companies actually sell. You stop guessing and start seeing.
Built for where you're going, not just where you are. Multi-location, multi-service line, multi-brand — the system doesn't break when complexity increases. It's designed for it.
Halstead + HubSpot + Aspire: connected. Marketing spend attributed to real revenue. Sales pipeline tied to operational delivery. One integrated growth layer — not a vendor stack.
Marketing connected to the goals that are bigger than marketing. Your growth plan, your leadership team, your next market, your succession — the system pulls in the same direction as the business you're actually building.

YOUR FIRST STEP · THE GROWTH GAP REVIEW
45 minutes. Three things you walk away with.
Not a sales call. A working session. We look at your actual revenue system — marketing, sales, data — and tell you where the gap is between what you're spending and what it's producing.
We walk through your current marketing, sales, and data setup — channel by channel, stage by stage — and identify exactly where it's disconnected. You see the picture for the first time.

Every gap has a price. Missed attribution, leaked pipeline, deals that didn't close because nobody knew they were stuck. We put a real number on it — not a vibe.
- Quantified, not guessed+
- Tied to your revenue+
- Highest-leverage first+
If we're not the right fit, you'll hear it in the first 10 minutes. If we are, we'll show you what installing the system actually looks like — timeline, scope, what it costs.

There are two types of hosting: website and domain. Your domain (website address) will likely stay where it is, but the website hosting (where your website files are stored) will change immediately.
-
Your website always remains in your name, and you have 100% ownership of your files and data. We know you’ll be happy and want to stay with us forever, though.
-
Absolutely not! We launch all of the other components within 2-3 weeks.
-
If you have accounts, we’ll run the ads on yours. This allows you visibility into the ads at any time. As always, you own everything.
-
They bill sporadically, and we can’t control it. Meta or Google might bill $250 in one week, then another $250 three weeks later, and then the following month, they bill $600 once. Regardless, your overall ad spent budget is met.

We take this seriously—your growth depends on trust, and we’re careful about how we serve clients in the same market.
Territory protection is available for “full system” clients on a multi-year agreement. A service area can be protected when you’re running a full system—4+ active paid services, including 3+ core services (SEO, Google Ads, Website, Paid Social).
If we accept another client nearby, overlap is limited. For protected territories, any overlap is capped at 25% and only in the locations you’re actively targeting in your current SEO plan (not just “we serve” areas listed on your site).
“Competitor” depends on positioning, not just category. We consider service type and ideal customer (for example, two design-build firms may not compete if one targets smaller projects and the other focuses on larger, higher-budget work).
Privacy and separation matter. If we do work with two+ businesses in the same broader region (due to agreements from both clients, or because exclusivity minimums aren’t met), we keep teams separated—different Project Managers, clear boundaries, and strict confidentiality so your strategy and data stay private. In fact, we have worked with competing business for our entire time of Halstead’s life. We have multiple markets in which we work direct competitors, targeting the same persona, and have for over 8 years without any confidentiality or growth concerns.
Note: Before 2023, we often worked with competitors in the same area, finding that most have different target audiences and aren’t competing for the same work. If this is you, we will continue our discrete marketing relationship with you and will gladly sign an NDA if you prefer. -
Are you happy with the results of the other marketing efforts? Do you attract high-quality leads? The right quantity of them? Do you have a clear forecast and know your goals and how to measure the efforts? Five years from now, you don’t want to be stuck where you are today. At that point, it’s too late. It’s time for something new now.

The HALSTEAD system applies to commercial and residential clients, from lawn, landscape, and outdoor living design, to construction and maintenance. You’ll have a custom marketing strategy targeted to what you want to promote and to your specific target audience.

We get it, the landscape industry is booming, and it’s hard to find good help—a stressful combination! Just because you’re busy today doesn’t mean you’ll be busy tomorrow. Marketing is an investment for the future, not something you do when there’s a problem. If you need work right away, it’s already too late. Companies that survive downturns have a strong marketing foundation because it creates stability, leads to growth, and builds a legacy. When you continue marketing even when you’re busy, you can be more selective in the projects you take on, build exclusivity and urgency, and have more control over your business. With better projects, you have better clients, can set higher rates, and enjoy better margins. When you’re ever-present, your strong brand is more attractive, and recruiting high-quality talent is easier.
