Camera-ready means spaces look professional and on-brand:

Choose 1–2 people who are comfortable speaking, represent the brand well, and can stay focused during filming. A calm, confident presence always performs better than “whoever is available.” Although, note: everyone will be nervous during the first few minutes of the video interview! Don’t worry, we edit.

Because shoots are weather dependent, we confirm conditions 24–48 hours before the shoot. If adjustments are needed, we’ll reach out proactively to protect the quality of the final video. We have rarely seen a video come out amazing with grey skies, its not worth it. We use accuweather.
-
Our videographer will meet you at the first stop. Please consider sharing any parking or cellphone service limitations with him in advance.
-
No, someone must stay with the videographer at all times, in case an emergency or issue comes up, this is your site - you’d want to be there!
-
No, our videographer has flights arranged based on this schedule, along with weather and drive, and other things in place. Please respect the time and don’t add stops. Lets choose quality!
-
Yes, per our policy, he has to have his own transportation from site to site :). We know you have to take calls in between, this gives you the space to do that.
-
Timing depends on the scope of the shoot, but most sessions run smoothly when:
Locations are ready in advance
On-camera people are available when scheduled
Decisions don’t need to be made on the fly
Preparation saves time and improves results.
That said, we plan for filming to take 60-90 minutes at each stop. If you need to prep sites while there, this may result in more time, which means we may not have time for the last stop.
-
Not preparing the space.
A little effort beforehand dramatically improves how professional, confident, and credible your video feels.
