Case Study: Website for Landscaping Lighting Company

The Challenge

A landscape lighting company, Blue Hour Lighting, based out of NY without a known brand or an online presence. The effort required the quick launch of a new website and social media ads that would attract the kind of clients the company hoped to attract. An online presence would aid search results, generate leads for high-end outdoor lighting projects, and provide information to prospective clients. Additionally, any newly created Facebook Ads and Google Ads would direct traffic to the new website.

How We Helped

Halstead designed a brand-new website to showcase the landscape lighting company’s profile and services. The messaging and the images we selected aligned to the more affluent market in the company’s service area. Our key messages were: solving problems as well as promoting luxury services (e.g. smartphone controls) that aren’t necessarily solving a problem. The style is sophisticated and professional.

To increase the credibility of this fledgling brand, we showcased the manufacturer products the company uses to help educate website visitors on its high-end product focus and manufacturer relationships (that were started long before the company’s birth).

The website uses a simple, modern, mobile-friendly, easy-to-use design that we were able to launch just over a couple of weeks.

To help with SEO (search engine optimization), we launched over 20 local pages to target high population and high-income cities (since Google indexes based on city).
